I really need to find these series somewhere and contract the flu or something. This would make excellent watching..

Dude, seriously, it's fun shit to watch. He-Man and G.I. Joe are such good stupid fun. I think most He-Man episodes are on YouTube in good quality.

I watched GI Joe that way years ago. I'll do the same with He-Man..

[EDIT: Shit, I accidentally edited your post instead of quoting you. I fixed it, but now it says I edited your post. Now conspiracy theorists are going to start thinking that I'm actually you.]

Oh man you'd be a blast in our lab. Imagine you and this machine meeting, the universe as we know it would come to an end..

Another bit of trivia. When we decided to add the satanic element to Eddie's glove, we briefly considered calling the comic something like "Demon Fist: Legend of the Badass Ninja" but we discovered that there's already a comic called Demon Fist, so there went that idea.

It just means what you're doing is relevant in today's comicverse!

Look at it this way: "Demon Fist" lends itself to a disgusting parody called "Fist Demon" and I don't think you want to be the subject of that sort of smut..

Along those same lines, we probably made a mistake to devote so much of the first issue to Viper, since that probably gave the impression that he's a more prominant character in the comic than he actually is. He's undoubtedly an important character (as evidenced by him having a spot on the About the Characters page), but not always a prominent one.

I was waiting for him to make another appearance. It would be hard to break that little story up into bits though, and unlike the bounty hunter stuff it's already evident why it had to happen before Eddie finds the glove.

And there's another reason that the bounty hunter stuff had to happen before Eddie activated the glove, which will become more apparent in a couple weeks.

I can't wait to see how this story will develop without these allusions to future events. Now I can no longer sleep soundly thinking certain things are left to coincidence here..

I guess if you're really worried about the timing of certain bits you can always move them around a bit before you move to a final printed version.

Why didn't you wear that to the party?

Haha, as if Eddie just changed into that while chanting that intro. He definitely looks cool like that.

No the story is definitely developing well this way. You could've swapped things to make this come up sooner, for example by showing the bounty huntress part after this page but people would just end up wondering what Eddie is doing with the glove (apart from going to school on fire). However the stage is sort of set now, things are already happening and you can keep the action coming without pausing too much by introducing all the other characters.

I'll put it back if the ads keep popping up, I didn't know people actually looked at signatures. 8)

I notice everything. Including that short period of time where you would quote me and alter my name to "Captain Emulation." It got a chuckle out of me.

Cool! I'm glad to hear this. Although I don't do it to get a response every time it's good to know you have the eye for detail to notice these things. I'll keep putting these little easter eggs in and we can both enjoy these little jokes nobody will ever pay attention to..

Haha while in the real world I try to notice everything, I usually don't pick up on little stuff online.  There is so many ads, useless info, and just plain garbage online that I've kinda trained myself just to look at the important stuff.  I did know you had the Bio-rad thing before but didn't notice it was gone now.

I'll see if I can get a photo of me with the Bio-Rad gel doc system for you guys..  ;)

I really expected Eddie to be a Cassette guy not a Vinyl guy.

Adam wanted it to be a tape at first, but I suggested a record for a couple reasons. He probably has both.

Was one of the reasons having an excuse to draw awesome album covers?

I don't listen to it either if I can help it, but I do know it. Did I just out-80s you?  8)

On a similar note, the posters are still being worked on. For now Eddie's room'll just have to look like a barren jail cell.

To be honest, I'd get fed up with that modern art stuff he had up there too.

This must be where Eddie is going to get bound to that dark lord Ninja Commander was talking about in the previous page.

The title of this page must be a reference to Marvin Gaye's song, and is especially appropriate since Eddie put himself as far away from sexual healing as he could manage..

I personally don't mind long reviews, but then I'm probably not an average person when it comes to these things..

Have I sold you on this movie yet?

Yes. Yes you have..

These reviews are little treasures on their own, Cosplay Gimli and Hobble-Action Moses had me pause for breath before continuing reading. I definitely want to see this now and might even buy it once I get my hands on equipment that can play Blu-Ray disks..
