Sounds like conventioning is pretty intense and a skill in itself, with a steep learning curve to boot! I guess it's better to learn all of these things at a small convention than at a large one though, where you could probably really make a splash if you're well prepared.
Very true. I just wish our first convention could've been a small local once, as that would've greatly minimized our expenses. But we're having some trouble finding local conventions that'll have us, due to the religious/conservative nature of our city.

Good stuff. I remember reading that story a couple months ago, but that was before the Hindus got involved. That's awesome. Hopefully this all eventually leads us down the path of every government building being surrounded by a stone forest of monuments to every religion that's ever existed.

Speaking of Total Recall, we were thinking about including a three-titted alien babe as a reference to the original movie, until I realized that Total Recall came out in 1990 and was therefor off limits to our comic. But fortunately, we were able to fill that void by referencing a 4-titted alien gal from a more obscure '80s movie. Actually, each of the four "alien babes" on this page are a combination of two alien ladies from '80s fiction (mostly movies, but one of the inspirations came from a cartoon).

Yeah, we were starting to think it wasn't ever going to happen since the project was in limbo for so long. Nice to know that's not the case. It's going to be cheesy as hell. Just as a "horror host" show should be. Since I'll be hanging around set anyway, I'm sure I'll probably end up doing a few cameos.
This one will definitely be poster by then, hanging on every teenager's bedroom wall when the total 80's revival to the max finally happens..
