Considering it was posted by Viz, it was probably drawn especially for this joke. Still like it though..

I had a job interview recently and was described as slightly geeky (but in a good way). Since I have no idea what you're saying here I'm probably one of the lesser geeks in the world..

The question is, do they have access to all of this?

I'm sure the finished posters will be rad. But I also get an odd kick out of imagining he just has posters of solid blocks of color on his wall. Like an extreme minimalist art freak.

He's a video game fan, so they're probably Tetris blocks..

Love the ghostbusties, but I think the party thing is going to be embarrassing..

I dunno ... she's certainly attractive, but in  one or two of those shots, I could see a bit of Papa Eddie in her face, and that would just freak me out too much.

Well I guess as long as she doesn't imitate that weird laughter of his..

And now I feel all dirty after going to a site called "BroBible."

Same here, I feel the sudden urge to delete my history..

(a conversation)

1980s America taught me all about 1880s England.

That looks totally accurate. I was talking to Nessie in the pub the other day, he said he'd done things he wasn't proud of and this might be what he was referring to.

It would also explain why, unlike dad shinobi, he's not very hungry..

You mean Shredder from the TMNT?

You're in the UK, so I think you legally have to call them TMHT (Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles), because Ninjas aren't allowed in the UK. In fact, you're probably risking some serious jail time by reading our comic. Maybe we should make it so our site redirects UK visitors to satanhero.com. I'll talk to Ghoul about it.

Do I? I never knew, they were TMNT in the Netherlands where I grew up. I'll just throw a hissy fit about cultural backgrounds and discrimination. People always snap their mouths shut when you do that.

Having said that, I would bookmark satanhero.com and recommend it to anyone. If only to see how they respond..

But yeah, I was talking about Shredder.

5 more pages for this issue, is that right?

Actually, no. We decided not force ourselves to be beholden to any particular page count for each issue. That way we're free to tell the story at whatever pace is most fitting, instead of trying to either cram it all into 22 pages, or alternately add "filler" to pad it out to 22 pages (though I don't imagine we'd ever have an issue that's less than 20 pages).

Issue 2 will be longer than the first issue, but we actually don't know by how much. The script is all written, but it's hard to judge exactly how much space each page of the script will require. For instance, I thought for sure that Sam's Mr. Skull story would take more than one page, but Jessica made it nicely fit into one. And there are other scenes that ended up taking more pages than I would have guessed.

Interesting. While I totally agree that fillers etc are just a nuisance I just assumed issues would be the same lengths. I should've known better of course, after all this is not just any other web comic..  8)

You should see the area they're located in, it's literally a park with lots of grass, trees and even a golf course. It's hard to get a more stereotypically English landscape.. :D

Heh, when I try to picture what I imagine to be a stereotypical English setting, I conjure foggy cobblestone streets winding through tightly packed ancient buildings. You know, Jack the Ripper type stuff.

With a horse and carriage rattling through it? That's Victorian London when people were breathing gaseous tar from all the heavy industry. Nah, I was thinking more along the lines of this  8) :

The avatar will, of course, have to be made soon too..

I agree visually but his name instantly reminded me of Cobra Commander. Maybe it's because the page is called Ninja Commander that I though of him first. Not that the two are that different in attitude, if I remember correctly. I like the goat as well, although his freaky eyes suggest that it might be more than just that..

5 more pages for this issue, is that right? There's quite a lot happening right now and I'm looking forward to seeing a few things come together!

Thanks! It's about time I'd say, but they want met to start ASAP so I'll be moving my ass down to posh Cambridge in one or two weeks.

It's a job as a research scientist at a small expanding drug discovery company. Since it's a small team everything is very personal and integrated. I also like the idea that everyone can make a recognisable contribution rather than be part of a team of 100 people.

You should see the area they're located in, it's literally a park with lots of grass, trees and even a golf course. It's hard to get a more stereotypically English landscape.. :D

I'd love to see that. Especially the ensuing press conference

"There have been many complaints about the head butting during last night's show. Needless to say, we don't feel the need to apologise. That is all."

464
This is brilliant. Amazing lyrics and the beat is all it should be.

I'm just having trouble imagining them doing a live show, do they headbutt their guitars to bits instead of smashing them into their amps?

465
No, the only thing it means is that you are a Rad Ninja! The first and therefor the raddest!

There'll be slightly less procrastination soon though. I had a job interview in Cambridge yesterday and I've been offered the job, I'm hugely excited!
