Bummer. I don't think I've read any of his comics, but I've looked at his art, and the dude had a distinctive retro style.
I actually don't know if I've read any DC comics outside of the original Watchmen and a couple Superman and Batman comics when I was a kid. I was always more of a Marvel guy, though Preacher is my favorite comic series. I know Jessica insists I should read Kingdom Come some day.
