It's really rewarding to compare the images and try to figure out what's changed. Eyebrows are a good example I think, and the length of Joe's arm in the last panel..  8)

The speech balloons are definitely an improvement, makes it seem far less cluttered when there are multiple connected ones on a page.

I actually spend way too much time switching back and forth between the original and the updated images on the computer whenever Jessica updates things like this.

Agreed. After we finished Issue 1 and had a few copies printed, we compared the size of our text to several other comics and found that we could reduce the size of ours a little bit. So we did that with Issue 2, and now Jessica finally went back and updated the text in Issue 1 to match. Having smaller text gave her more room to play with balloon placement.

For us readers that is a great inside type of creation that I would never have thought of.  Great attention to detail guys, if nothing else it will have a polished professional look to it.
